As Founder, President, and CEO of Gorilla Marketing Group (GMG), Michael Beovides remains as active and invested in the operations of the agency that represents his perpetual quest to continually forge new trails to marketing success as the day he opened his office doors in 2007.
Michael began the journey that would eventually lead him to industry leader on the front lines, serving as an Account Executive for the Harte-Hanks owned Flyer Publishing Company in Miami, Florida between 1995 and 2007. Through his establishment and maintenance of a client portfolio that yielded multi-million dollar revenues annually, he rose to the position of Major Account Executive and eventually oversaw the advertising campaigns of a specialized group of accounts leading the organization in revenue growth year over year.
In 2001, Michael also co-founded the Gulf Coast Penny Saver, a Naples, Florida-based publication that targeted the area’s residents with advertising for a variety of professional services, as well as classified advertisements from individuals and businesses.
Michael has spearheaded the evolution of GMG into a full service marketing agency capable of providing cutting edge and comprehensive advertising initiatives to its client base. He has steadily managed the agency’s growth in order to allow the senior most people to remain integrally involved in agency’s client’s business. This has proven to be extremely successful, showing growth year over year and delivering excellent results and service to the agency’s clients.
Michael brings an equal level of dedication to his personal life as he does to his professional pursuits, and enjoys spending time with his wife Peggy, sons Michael, Jr. and Matthew, and extended family members. Yalennie brings a rich and diversified history in marketing and advertising to GMG, stemming from her 5 years overseeing all marketing and advertising for a prominent South Florida real estate developer. Hernando Abdu's rare combination of analytic and creative proficiency single-handedly dispels the notion of the two traits being mutually exclusive. The computer science major from the University of Colorado, who heads GMG'S dynamic Web Design team, has been providing the agency's clients with a productive and lead generating online presence throughout his time with the agency.
Although GMG represents his initial professional exposure to the marketing world, the opportunity it has afforded to combine his knowledge of computers and passion for advertising has yielded superlative results. In overseeing all the web design and web developing solutions for GMG's extensive client base, Hernando manages a team of 4 Designers, 6 Programmers, and 2 Project Managers. His talents and that of his team have been integral in the building of formidable and effective internet-based visibility for GMG clients such as Panda Kitchen, Metro PCS, Direct AC, Super Restoration, Kess Industrial Products, Navarro Pharmacy, Adornus, Tax Return Center, Smart Buy Kitchen, All Florida Pool , Tongue Tied Products, and Blue Lite.
Considering he spends a considerable part of his day in front of a computer screen, it's no surprise that Hernando's spare time usually finds him outside and in and around automobiles, rally racing, and motorcycles, a hobby that his girlfriend graciously tolerates.

Eventually settling in Miami, Florida, Erick continued to develop his craft at the Harte-Hanks-owned The Flyer Publishing Company beginning in 2003, where he lent an artistic and creative hand to a multitude of different projects.
Erick eventually became one of GMG's founding employees, bringing a unique visual element to the cutting edge marketing and promotional materials created for some of the firm's earliest clients, and in the process, helping to establish a standard of quality that played an integral role in helping the company expand its client base consistently and expediently. Marco Carnesella brings an energetic and charismatic presence to GMG that renders him an ideal fit for his role as an Account Executive. Marco's ability to gain an understanding of a client's needs and address them effectively within their budgetary parameters allow him to achieve the optimal balance of quality service and fiscal responsibility for his accounts. He plays an important part in the management of virtually all aspects of a client's advertising efforts, including the identification and purchase of media, development of creative material, the conducting of research, and the formulation of marketing strategies.
