MetroPCS South Florida Region has been our client since 2009. We have not only supported the marketing aspects of the corporate office in South Florida, but also the hundreds of dealers across the region. MetroPCS targets a very specific market, youth and minority demographics, offering service without requiring a contract or a credit check; this differs from traditional wireless carriers such as AT&T Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
Our challenge with MetroPCS has been to provide their corporate office and individual stores with the fastest turnaround service while maintaining our high-level of customer service intact. Technology as a whole changes quickly and it is no different for MetroPCS promos/offerings, for this reason we have to be able to turn around every job from print to outdoor on time and simultaneously for all the dealers as well as the regional office.
GMG Advertising started a relationship with Smoothie King in 2010 with the South Florida Co-op. Since then, the relationship has grown to include Smoothie King Tampa Corporate Regional Fund, and is projected to expand into the Orlando Market in 2013. During this time, GMG has successfully managed ad budgets for both markets by effectively delivering double-digit growth year over year for 3 consecutive years.
Smoothie King commissioned GMG to accomplish one simple task, Increase Store Sales "Revenue", with a limited budget. To date Smoothie King's sales have increased substantially, even during a time when industry leaders add smoothies options as new menu items. The increase in sales has been in part to a phenomenal smoothie product, effective/aggressive advertising , bold, in-your-face creative design, and great messaging.
GMG Advertising proudly added Ace Hardware South Florida Region to its clientele portfolio in 2012. Ace Hardware appointed GMG as their regional advertising agency in an effort to raise local consumer awareness and as a result increase store traffic. Since then GMG has managed all marketing initiatives by organizing campaign budgets and booking and placing media in the South Florida region. Although the relationship is still young and growing, Ace Hardware has already begun to see increase in sales and revenue over the last six months.
Ace Hardware offers customers hard-working, passionate business owners who are involved with and, many times, reside in the communities where their stores are located. And of course, every Ace store offers famous, friendly, expert advice and service that sets Ace stores apart from its competitors such as Lowes and Home Depot.
Our challenge with Ace Hardware is to increase store traffic in the South Florida Region while also attracting loyal customers who will continue to coming back. GMG's plan of attack is to this challenge by implementing aggressive advertising campaigns using radio, TV and direct mail media which offer consumers incentives to walk-in to the stores.
